Wildflower Wellness is intentionally a women-only space.
This is firstly for my personal safety, as I work alone and hold treatments in a quiet, private setting. Just as importantly, my work is deeply rooted in supporting the female body, hormones, and endocrine system.
Women’s bodies move in cycles, hormonal, emotional and seasonal. My treatments are tailored to honour those rhythms. Sessions are designed to support:
Hormonal balance
Nervous system regulation
Emotional holding and release
The unique needs of the female endocrine system
Holding a women-only space allows for deeper trust, safety, and understanding, a place where you can fully soften without explanation.

Your first session is a sacred pause… A chance to soften, breathe, and return to yourself. We’ll begin with a gentle consultation to explore how you’re feeling physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Each treatment is intuitive and slow, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to receive exactly what it needs in that moment.

You are invited to undress to your own level of comfort.
Many women choose to undress completely, while others prefer to keep underwear on. You will always be professionally draped, with only the area being worked on uncovered. Your comfort, modesty, and sense of safety are always respected.

Both!!! And more. Treatments are holistic and intuitive, blending relaxation with therapeutic touch. Rather than forcing the body to change, sessions gently encourage it to remember how to soften, release, and rebalance.

Yes. Aromatherapy is an optional part of the experience and is chosen intuitively to support grounding, rest, emotional balance, or hormonal harmony. If you have sensitivities or preferences, this will always be honoured.
-
Not at all. Silence is deeply welcomed here. You may rest, breathe, drift, or simply be. If something arises that you wish to share, that is welcome too.
-
Absolutely. Many women carry stress not just in the body, but in the nervous system and emotional layers. Massage can be profoundly supportive during times of anxiety, burnout, hormonal shifts, or emotional heaviness. You are held gently, without expectation to talk or explain.

This is a personal journey. Some women come monthly as an act of self-devotion, others more frequently during times of stress, hormonal imbalance, or emotional transition. Together, we can explore what feels most nourishing for you.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. This honours both my time and the sacred rhythm of the practice.
